Hi, Why won't BoI eStatements open in Google Chrome? I have the latest version of Google Chrome installed.

Hi notahappycamper,

eStatements are produced in a format known as a PDF. You must have Adobe Reader installed on your laptop or PC in order to view documents in PDF format. If you do not have this piece of software installed, you can download it for free from Adobe's website.
