    Okay so I blocked a website from being used on my router and that is okay and you can't use the website on any laptop, PC, phone etc. But my sibling informed me that you can use the website by using and app, can anyone help me and resolve this issue?

    What app? If it is an app that uses a proxy server, you could block the proxy server.

    It's the tumblr app I have no idea if it uses a proxy

    If they're using a proxy there's really nothing you can do. You can add individual proxy sites to the blocklist, but there are thousands of them out there, making it a bit unfeasible.
