    Yes Hotels.com email came in on the 11th September.

    It also states:

    If you use a code then you dont get any reward token - one token per night booked - 10 tokens gives a free night. I booked for 5 nights and got a 23 euro discount but could have got half way to a free night instead which is better if you are booking stays on a regular basis.

    Still waiting on a Hotels.com payment from Fatcheese for a stay in Dec 2011.

    Their MD published his email over on the Consumer Issues forum a couple of months ago due to the large volume of complaints, but to the best of my knowledge, no one has yet received a reply.
