What you're most worried about?

    Ok, so I have a couple of things I'm worried about;

-History: I neglected it, and with a bad mock score, I just didn't care for it. I'll be happy with a C (HL). I just don't enjoy it, I don't care about history.

-French: It's the writing that gets me. I got (% in that section for my mocks. Again, I'll be lucky with a C.

    What about everyone else?

I am worried about the Whole Junior Cert ;)
    JK
    Doing all higher :)
English- As I only plan to study it around 2 days before the exam, I would be thrilled if I got a C in it(I got 45% in my mocks with getting 60% in paper 1 and just doing 3 questions out of 6 in paper 2 !!!!)
Maths- I really want to get an A, I will definatly get a B as I always get an A in paper 1, but it is paper 2 that always lets me down I really need to get a High B in paper 2 to manage to get an A, I have put in so much effort in maths doing papers over and over again, hopeful it pays off
History- Really want to get an A, but I will struggle in the Q5 abit
Business- NO COMMENT,lol just a pain in the ***
Metal- Really want to pull of a B as I done so bad in my practical day exam but if I manage to get an A in the paper I will have 60% chance to get a B, fingers crossed
German and Italian- I only plan to study it around 2 days before the exam, I would be thrilled if I got a C in it

Maths - Want to get an A, no less
Metalwork - Wanting to get an A but I feel like my project was average so i'm expecting a B to be honest.
    Technical Graphics - A
Science - Never once studied it and I have an awful teacher, would be delighted with a B/C
Geography - A, did well in pres and xmas exam. Quite easy paper tbh
History - Havent put much work into it so I dont expect to do very well, kinda worried about q5 and q6
Irish - Don't care about it
English - Hopefully a B, worried about this exam also
    CSPE - LOL, soooo worried!
French - Couldnt care less but im quite good at it so hopefully a B!

-English: Easy, should be an easy A with study.
-History: Easy, should be an easy A with study.
-Italian: I'd be lucky to scrap a B with study.
-Irish: I'd be lucky to scrap a C with study.
-Maths: Aiming for a B at least with repetition.
-Geography: Easy, should be an easy A.
-Religion: Easy, should be an easy A.
-CSPE: Extremely hard, hope to scrap a D ;).
-Science: Easy, should be an easy A with study.
    -Home Eco: I really want an A, but I have a gut feeling i'll get a B or on a bad day, a C. :(

Thus, i'm really dredding Irish, Italian and Maths xD. Maybe English a bit too ... the hardest is Irish.

Believe it or not, I'm actually kinda worried about CSPE. I'm worried that if I don't get an A I'll be mortified.

I'm worried about what I'll get in german. Got one percent off a C in the pres. Aiming for an A. But a B would be fine.. I need to get an A in german because Irish isn't working well for me..
Worried about religion too, even though I won't keep it on for the leaving cert, I do want to get a B in it.
It's silly that some schools do religion as an exam subject and some don't. If my school had a large variety of subjects to choose from, I wouldn't be this stressed. I would definitely replace business studies with technical graphics.

English - Really want an A, hopefully I can get it...
Science - If I can get the physics stuff right I should be fine. Probably a B.
History - Aiming for an A.
Geography - Hate it. Happy with a B.
German - Really want the A. Think I should get it.
Irish - Bricking it. Absolutely bricking it. Doing HL but only got 41% in the mocks.
    CSPE- should be grand.
    Art - Who cares?
    Business - IDK, maybe an A, probably a B.

Really not done enough study. I'll start tommorrow, I swear.

Proper study... Hmmm... tempting. Nah, I am getting it going. I have a day off tomorrow because our school is doing a sports day and I need to go to the doctor to get a note to get an x-ray for my toe.

What's wrong with your toe may i ask?

I have a week off next week, I'll (probably) get it all done then. If not, I'm screwed.

It has been killing me for a few months, gets hard to walk on. Not sure what's up, going to get the x-ray to find out. That is, unless the doctor knows without the x-ray. That'd be grand.

Technology because I need my project done and working for the A

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,339 ✭✭✭Jijsaw

    I am worried for:
Maths (I don't need to explain this again any regular people here know I'm crap at maths IT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE!!!)
History (just about what will come up, I have a fear of the unknown but I did get 87% in the mocks without having done any study so I should be grand :P )
Science (Once again about what will come up)
    Business Studies (Bloody accounting questions)
    Rest I'm grand with :)

I can't wait for it to be over already! Doing all higher.
English: I think I'm too laid back for this, our mock was beautiful! But poetry might catch me out.
Irish: I can't wait for (Aiming for an A)
History: There's so much to cover and my teacher didn't finish the course, SO worried for that exam
Geography: No interest or motivation to do well, I'd be happy with a C.
Music: Hate it with passion, never had an interest and I'll probably only study the day before.
Maths: Hopefully will get a B since I've been getting grinds since September although paper 2 is scary!
Science: Chemistry and physics I'm looking forward to, biology is not my area at all

Haha overall I think I'll do fine :-)

WHAAAAA??? Everybody I know loves biology but hates chemistry and physics with a passion. But then again you are the person who knows Irish history ;)

Hahaha! Yeah I don't understand how everyone loves biology, it doesn't stay in my head at all. Science is one of my favourite subjects though, really enjoy it :-)

    I go: Physics > Biology > Chemistry.

Chemistry is really fun to do, experiment wise, but it isn't worth doing the theory.

I go: Biology>Chemistry> Physics- but I hate all of them equally!

A low percentage of people actually get A's in CSPE as a matter of fact.

Proves that your JC results don't reflect on your future. :)

No that proves your CSPE results don't reflect on your future which is a subject that nobody cares about and every 1st year knows that it doesn't reflect on their future.

Remember that for Maths, Irish, French and Science you might be split up into top, second, third, bottom honours according to your JC grade and maybe for some other subjects

The worst thing about it is, her job doesn't even require any degree. Makes me think college could be a waste of time.

Now, stop that, you're going too far. Saying the Junior Cert doesn't matter is one thing, that's another.

I don't know, I have a few things going on in my head:

    1) Be a teacher

    2) Be a science person

    3) Do something with law

    4) BE BATMAN

Yeah it sucks because none of the 2013 movies were good until May when the summer movie season started.

Man after I do the big JC and if I think that I did bad then I'll just watch the Purge because there is nothing that will settle my frustration like watching other people getting raided and their crazy hopeless problems

Irish because I suck at it

Maths because my teacher is useless (can't even do the sums herself. She gets them wrong 80% on the board :/)

English because I didn't get the paper done in the exam. English is one of my best subjects, and my teacher said if we had longer I'd definitely get an A. Its just the time limit I can't do it :(

So basically the core subjects...which isn't the best :O
