    id like to say this is limited to bucharest but the cyclists in dublin seem to be getting just as bad.

    i cycled and drove in Bucharest for two years..generally if you are a bike there you are treated as significantly as a piece of paper on the road....
    Driving there...always a challenge, 4/5 lanes on a lot of city roads..
