Disposing of paint/cans

Is there anywhere closer to North Kildare than Silliot Hill to get rid of paint / paint cans? In addition to the few I have from my own painting, the previous owners of the house left about ten cans in various states in the shed and my skip company won't take paint or even empty cans.

Kildare CC don't seem to have anywhere and the old Dublin councils waste/recycling website is gone permanently now so I've no idea if there's somewhere closer in Dublin.

I've a washing machine and other electrical bits they left in the shed too to dump there so might bring them along on the basis that the website could be wrong.

I've brought paint cans there before without any problems. Surprised it's not on the list.

The Repak site mentions paint although you have to click through for it so a search engine doesn't turn it up easily. Handy that...

What was the charge when you used it? Looks like €8 going from that which is still cheaper than KCC when the time and fuel to drive to Kilcullen is taken in to account.
