Upgrading my gaming PC- Need Help

    hey guys I am uprgrading my rig with some new parts I use it for gaming and recording gameplay all im keeping is the grapihcs card (amd radeon hd5850 2gb), case, 500gb hdd and monitor my budget is around 350 euros this is what i am currently planning on

    Okay so i want to record with as little strain as possible so i heard AverMedia portable gamer is good but its about 180 so if you can see anyway to save me about 150-180 on my build and still be able to run games on very high settings then let me know thanks :)
