    Anywhere between 300 and 3000.
    Switch is cheap to fix.
What's wrong with the springs for you to change all 4?
"No heat" could mean just about anything. Are you sure you have enough coolant?

coolant is fine, sorry for posting in wrong forum BTW.

the springs are coming in at 50 euro a piece, was told to expect 5 hours labour to replace them, sounds excessive to me. Ayone one any ideas?

5 hours is way to much. Aprox 2 hours would be closer to the mark.
Why are you changing them? Are you modding the car?

If coolant level is correct but there is no heat in car I'd burp the car, it's probably air locked in the hoses.

Changing springs as teh 4 of them failed in the NCT

When you say "springs" you mean just the actual coils yeah? Or the entire assembly with struts and everything? Either way it shouldn't take more than 30 mins per wheel for a mechanic with the right tools, probably less.
