    Hahahha
That picture reminded me of one of my cars where I replaces a rubber hose with green garden hose.

I'm curious if someone can guess what make and model it is ;)

    Yes, I'm sure.
But this riddle was not designed for you - would be too easy.
Let someone else take a guess, as you already gave a big hint.

Do you have a forced induction petrol motor making in excess of 300rwhp that sees the redline constantly?

Catch cans are for race cars.

There would be no need for a catch can on a healthy road engine.

If you are getting excessive oil back into the intake from the breathers then you have too much crank case pressure for some reason like overfilled oil or piston ring wear.

    That's right.

It was bit tricky, and I'm actually not even sure if there was any way to distinguish 903 from 899 on the picture.

Carburettor instead of fuel injection could give a clue, but I think when in 1993 they stopped manufacturing 903 and started doing 899, there was still some period when carburettor was used on 899.

This car also had a first generation LPG conversion (without LPG ecu but just with venturi and adjusting screw which you can see on the hose going from LPG reductor.
I remember in 2003 when I had it, when LPG in Poland cost about €0.32, and consumption was about 7l/100km, it cost me €2.25 on fuel per 100km.
