XFX Radeon HD 7790 Not being detected

    Ive just built a new PC, and my XFX 7790 is not being detected properly.

    Mobo is MSI 760GA-P43 (FX), Sockel AM3+, ATX, PCIe.

    The HDMI and DVI connector on the GFX card is working, but its not being detected otherwise if you get what I mean, the actual graphics arent working.

    I have tried reseating the card, installing the latest drivers, no difference.

    Any ideas? Here is what Im seeing under GPU Z:
