not able to log in to my email for the few weeks

    when I enter my name and password, I get the following page.
    any suggestions?

    https://vzmbx08.eircom.net/zimbra/mail which says...


    This page can't be displayed
    • Make sure the web address https://vzmbx08.eircom.net is correct.
    • Look for the page with your search engine.
    • Refresh the page in a few minutes.
    • Make sure TLS and SSL protocols are enabled. Go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Settings > Security
    • Check that all network cables are plugged in.
    • Verify that airplane mode is turned off.
    • Make sure your wireless switch is turned on.
    • See if you can connect to mobile broadband.
    • Restart your router.
    Fix connection problems

    yes still having problems. can only log in using 'basic' version which was not the case before. the basic version is all over the place (missing tabs/icons on top of icons etc.)

    What web browser are you using? IE10 is not compatible with the zimbra platform at the moment.

    Can you check the following settings on Internet Explorer 10

    "Turning on compatibility mode seems to rectify the issue - there is an icon for it at the right of the address bar if there are issues on the current site.

    Otherwise they can go to “tools” -> “compatibility view settings” and add the website manually".

    that's its alright. just installed firefox and it worked perfectly! thanks a lot :)
