Hi all,

I'm looking to get a nice tulip skirt, something that's not too short or expensive. I'm 5'5 so would like something that comes to just above my knee (maybe 1" above or thereabouts).

I'll wear all colours except yellow/creams/beige's etc. as I want to wear tights with it.

I'd be able to spend about €15 (and it has to include deliver if bought online).

Would appreciate any help as I've looked all over and can't find anything.
