Croatia 10 days - Advice

    Hi folks,

    Myself and my GF are heading to Croatia for 10 days.
    So far we have the flights booked in and out of Dubrovnik.

    Apart from Dubrovnik we'd like to hit Hvar, Split and then possibly take a trip (maybe overnight) to Sarajevo and Monetenegro.

    Happy to rent a car in order to do all this, however it will be parked while in Hvar.
    The problem is:
    • Don't really want to head straight to Hvar/Split on the first day as it's a too much travel.
    • Need to be in Dubrovnik coming back for the return flight
    • We want to chill and not be moving around too much

    Any advice on the best way to do this?
    We can drop one of the excursions if needed to make it easier or maybe there's a nice inbetween place to break up the journeys...

    Maybe leave montenegro out?
    Rent the car to be picked up in dubrov the second or third day after you arrive. Drive yo split will only take a few hours. Leave your car there when you go to hvar as i dont think you will need it there. Get in your car and drive to sarajevo or dont make it such a long drive and go to mostar instead. Then leave the car back and catch your flight.
    Roughly
    2days dubro
    2days split
    2days hvar
    2days mostar/sara

    But if its really chilling and not moving around you want then why not do 4 days hvar an d cancel bosnia. You seem to want to go lots of places and also not move around, kind of a contradiction
