Has anybody advice on this subject? There's just so much with so little time left. I keep giving up as I feel I will never get it done and keep forgetting tings after a day. Has anyone any advice at all for approaching this subject? Any help thanks in advance:)

For me I learn just the SRPs of formations ect then just practise writing them out and expanding on them i seem to retain the information that way.For regional if your stuck for time studying just know one irish region + European really well and be able to contrast a bit to GDA/peripheral region. And just go through and practise past short questions.
