Always hate thunder and lighting, afraid I'll lose power. charging my phone and making dinner now to be sure :D

Coming in by the glass factory and the light post in front of us got hit. Crack of light in the sky, followed by an orb of glowing white light just above the light post, a poofffff of sound then instant thunder. Have to say it was pretty awesome

depends what ISP your with and if there aware of the outtage.

Upc was down here in ferrybank. We had a few strikes of lightning hit the ground. One felt like it hit house, it banged out the rcd in all the houses around here.

I was in the car with my daughter and nephew up by spar in kilcohan and the car was shaking when the thunder was rumbling, it was terrifying but I had to be brave for the kiddies B-) one of which was hysterical

that Service Status is a joke, i typed in my account number to see what it is. It states that the Digital TV and broadband is down in my area.

But its not down, and has not been down at all.

Internet back since 9ish in Gracedieu since this morning.
