I have done this and it works. I wasn't going to post it until i could confirm that it works.
I used my parcel motel address (I still thought it might be worth it), and signed up (You don't need to use Parcel Motel).
After the 2nd month was up, i never received any post, so i emailed them (after i had cancelled my subscription), and they emailed me back the code.

Does not seem to recognise expat shield for a UK ip address.

Hmm, tried this too with my work VPN (to Wales) and VyprVPN to London - didn't work. BUT - I tried with a friends UK debit card and it does.

Looks like it recognises the bank origin of whatever card you use :eek: ...or it just doesn't like TSB CC and Debit cards

I used my O2 card. Worked without any problems.

Aha, pre-paid card - Didn't think of that

It a good idea in theory, but you have to jump through a few hoops to make this all work...

No good with any Irish debit or credit card (except for pre paid... but then you have to top up by the pre paid amount)

No good without a VPN or proxy and as reported above, some of the free VPNs wont work with lovefilm.

I loved it when bargain alerts were simple. I miss those days.

I don't think it'll work with most vpns,it doesn't work with unblock us .
