Why do people do this?

    Why when people are selling a vehicle do they do this?

    Incapable of determining body type, ie if it is a hatchback or a saloon, the correct engine size, or other inaccuracies in the ad.

    Put POA on an old car.

    Write first to see will buy???
    what are they? mind readers, is this purchase happening at gun point? is it a threat, a promise or a what?

    Why write no timewasters?
    people have to see a car and give it the good once over or twice if they are parting with their money. If you own something unique, I can understand but putting that in makes me think a seller just wants someone to agree over the phone, turn up, pay them and that its all an inconvenience to them.
    Cars that I have looked at in the past were people were rushing me, were the ones I considered to have the most problems and concerned me they just want shot if it before I spotted something.

    And other things,
