Use the forum search function, they come up here regularly and the comments are interesting to say the least.

I purchased a car from them back in 2008 (2006 Passat Tdi). There was a problem with the switch for one of the windows which they sorted.I traded in an A4 against the passat and the only problem I had was they never transferred the registered owner to the garage when I traded it in. I then started to receive reminders for unpaid tolls on the m50. I called Sarsfield motors and they sorted this. The guy I dealt with was Mark Simpson.

Do yourself a big favour and buy privately.

If u are going to buy just be sure to get car checked by mechanic and do history check people shouldn't put much faith in warranties or after sales service as used car dealers aren't anything like main dealers
