    Hey Guys
I've recently given up the Cigarettes (79hours ago!!) and I'm considering purchasing an Intellicig. As I only Smoked Silk Cut Ultra(Silver) which are ultra light, I was wondering if anyone knows what Strength Cartridges i should go for?
Basically should i go for the light/medium strength which are 5mg or should i just go for the 0mg ones as the Silk Cut Ultra contain 1mg Nicotene??
    Any Advice is greatly appreciated
    Thanks:)

We've got our own forum just so you know, come join us!

5mg is very light strength (usually used by people who are weaning with an aim to get to zero), 11mg is light, 16 would be medium, 20mg would be strong, 24mg would be "just right" (for me, not you!).

Silk Cut Ultras contain a lot more than 1mg of nicotine, that's just the amount that you'd take in (approximately) from smoking it.

0mg wouldn't satisfy any craving unless you knew you were only psychologically addicted to the hand-to-mouth action. 5mg won't give any throat-hit sensation at all, I'd go with 11mg minimum for anyone hoping to quit cigs.
Because of the way nicotine is taken into the system with ecigs (relative to smoking, inefficiently) 11mg would deliver ~1mg to your system if you vaped 1/4 to 1/3 of a ml. 5mg juice would mean twice as much to vape and it would take a while to vape over half a ml just for one cig's-worth.

I'd also think of trying a different ecig setup as the most common scenario on the vaping sub-forum is people having tried a cigalike and being unsatisfied, coming to us looking for what will hit them the way they want it to.
Then again, some people get along fine with cigalikes, but nobody I personally know ever has - maybe one or two on the forum do and they stay silent?
