    just wondering is there any demand for belgianblue weanlings any more?

    Lots. If they are good enough for the boat they are about the only ones making any money at the moment. If not there is as much demand for them as any similar grade continental animal in my experience.

    There is extra minding on them as regards pneumonia etc. and unless your cows are good enough to breed shipping quality weanlings they are not worth the extra hassle over a charolais or limo.

    Yes. they would always sell well at the mart. From British friesian they would make good R grades generally. we have a few cows in the herd bred this way, we cross them to easy calving blue bulls and always get shipping weanlings from them.

    If you have big square cow might be ok but seem to be very hard to judge lots of bb rats around wont beat ch lm I have 1 with cox idolises passing blood any idea. Of cure .iam finding it hard going at the moment but as blarney mc kenna said in the pub when told it was half four in the morning it's to late to stop now ,,hope to hear from someone new to this paddy 51

    Get onto the vet, he will probably give norodine and ive seen some people even giving a bit of linco spectun but then again i'm not a vet.

    You ware spot on chippy vet said moraine and sulpha powder for calf with cox idiocies not getting much better yet you might go for vetinary yet few spellings wrong thanks again paddy51
