Alba Tv issue's

    So I have an Alba LCD 1988 OH DF ( 3 years old) that I have been using for my PC and Xbox and it has just turned off and wont turn back on (Fused replaced)

    Luckily I have a spare monitor but it has no scart :mad:

    1) Anyone know of power issues with this model

    2) Can a tv be used as a pc monitor and if not can I get a monitor with a scart ( GTA 5 spetember 17 :o )
