RTE Player - Windows 7

I've using Flash Player, v 11.7.700.202 and same with FF add on, Shockwave Flash, but I still cant play any RTE Player vids. They look as if there ready to roll but all I get is a black screen. I've no probs playing youtube vids.

Folks, hate to be a pain here, but one of my machines happens to be an Asus netbook running Windows 7. Despite following the instructions above, I'm still not able to watch the RTE Player on this machine. When I go to http://www.rte.ie/playerxl/ all I seem to get is the first advert - nothing more.
