What's the point in having a customer service.....

    ....when every time you ring it they tell you to ring your branch, which closes at 4pm? 

    Basically, I have a loan account with yourselves, and I want to change the account which the D/D is taken from. At the moment it's taken from my BOI current account but I want it taken from my UB current account. 

    Can you help?

    Hi MagicMarker,

    Our branch phone lines are open from 9.30am until 5.15pm Monday to Friday. As it can depend on what loan it is and whether it is a direct debit or standing order you will need to call your branch between these times, a representative can organise it for you.
