I'm very wary of getting it built in case I **** up :/ the site I'm ordering off is Hardwareversand.de and they can build it for u for 15-20 euro. But I've heard they don't install everything . So should I build myself or get it per built its my first build with some quality parts incl i5 3570 , 7950 OC etc

Build it yourself, it's like lego for adults

I was wondering the same thing when I ordered mine from them. In the end I decided to build it myself and it was simple. A monkey could do it. You need to be careful when mounting the CPU and RAM sticks on the motherboard but apart from that it really is like big lego. I started in the morning and had steam installed and downloading games by dinner time.

for the extra few quid its worth getting the k version, nice to know you have the choice of oc'ing further down the road, or makes it more appealing if you ever plan on selling.

oh also its very easy install them youself, just buy a anti-static wrist band along with your order and use that.

Best of luck with your new build!! :D

You don't need the anti static wrist band tbh, just touched an earthed bit of metal every now and then to discharge static build up and you're in business.

It's defo worth building it yourself, it's great experience that will hold itself up if you need to trouble shoot / replace / upgrade any hardware and most importantly, you get bragging rights! ;)

Also if you're buying an after market cooler for your CPU, they will not install the bigger ones as it is a lot of weight hanging off the mobo for transport so you will need to install it yourself and tbh, that's the hardest part of the build so just do it yourself.

Build it yourself. Post your budget/requirements etc according to the thread sticky and we'll help spec a build for you.
