    Hello Folks,,

    could anyone explain to me in layman's terms what this is? Doing probate for late father an discovered some of his land is still in the name of his late uncle.I have certified copies of will an probate proving all was left to my father and he was sole executor. Not looking for legal advice, just how to go about this. The info on courts ie is very in dept.
