Is Add.ie a good site?

I use Advert.ie too, but want to expand a bit, so I was looking for other sites that allow free advertising. The only ones I could find were Gumtree (which I am already on) and Add.ie, and I just wanted to know has anyone ever used it? Is it a honest type of site or is it full of time wasters and scammers?
