    Hi,

Does anyone know what are the Dept requirements for moving cattle to rented land for 3 or 4 months.
Someone told me that I have to do a movement permit but it doesn't make sense as you only do permits for movements to another herd or a feedlot and this is neither.

Searched the Dept website but can't find any info on it, any pointers appreciated.

    thanks, Jim.

if its your land or rented by you, you have to do nothing

If the land is on your SPS 2013 then you do nothing. If it is not on your sps then that is a different story - contact your DVO.

not 100% sure, think there is a form you have to get , its called a B&B form, if the person who is renting you the land currently has stock also, thats where it may get tricky,
