Just wondering is there any1 out there that is working for or has worked for TCP as a community nurse giving IV therapy and chemo?

Have been offered a job a permanent job in the public sector (would be taking a massive pay cut) and currently in interviews for a community nurse position with TCP (well paid and seems lik a nice job but is private sector).

As a nurse is public sector job always the best option?? Would appreciate feedback and opinions.
