    Aim for a cadence above 80rpm, idealy above 90rpm.

    HR is a very individual number and a lot depends on the type of training you want to do. Try reading up un HR zones and how to establish them for yourself. A HR monitor can be a very useful tool for training if used right.

    It can be impossible to match both at the same time, so like Hmmzis says, look up HR zones and see what type of training you're going to be doing.
    I only really use my HRM on the rollers to do zone 2 training over winter - this is to build endurance and burn fat (I obviously didn't do enough..) as I find it hard to keep the heart rate low out on the roads.
    I only fitted my cadence sensor to use the bike on the rollers and am starting to use it more now. I'm usually in the high 80`s on that.
