Dell 810 all in one printer-flashing power light

Hi all, Have a Dell 810 printer that just constantly jas a flashing power light and won't turn on or off.. tried the usual pulling of power and removing the power pack. Still no use. Anyone had issues like this or know how to resolve it?! Cheers.

check to see if there's any paper trapped. A single scrap of paper could be blocking a sensor.

and/or

try reinstalling the driver, but first make sure to cancel any waiting printing jobs.
