    Hi ya

Last october I bought a trike for my son in smyths....... Anyways to make a long story short, it broke there a while back. I contacted smyths and they said they would replace it.... As along as I produce the receipt.... Well I can't find it. I paid for it with my credit card and have the statement... Will that do?

    Thanks

    Should do. Ask them.

Definitely will, they can look up their internal system through the date and amount and find your receipt (you may have to give them a day or two to do this as it can be time consuming.

A credit card statement is considered to be acceptable proof of purchase. You should be fine.
