You may want insurance for contents? You can google for some quotes.

Its a bit like asking how long is a piece of string really.
What sort of heating is there?
Do you want broadband and a phone?
    Is it fully furnished?
Are you looking at redoing the kitchen and bathrooms?
Are there built-in wardrobes in the bedrooms?
    Have you paid the LPT?
    Etc etc etc
