    Hi guys,

Currently suffering with OCD and these thoughts that are going around my mind on a daily basis have brought on some mild depression.

I'm working with a therapist at the minute and initally I found things to be great and very helpful but now I feel a little bit worse.

At the minute I can't see a way out of these thoughts and moods.

I'm just looking for a bit of advice from anybody who has gone through the likes of what I've gone through and came out the other side to try and boost my morale.

The process of therapy will have its ups and downs it is an important part of working through whatever it is you need to work through. However, I'm not saying not to seek advice anywhere else, but I would say bring these thoughts and feeling to your next session.

As these ups and downs are part of therapy it is important to talk about them [and maybe you are], but some people find it difficult to talk about this with their therapist.

    Hope this helps a bit.
