    Hi all

I'm looking for a painter (price job) to do the following.

    1) stairs and landing
    2) WC under stairs
    3) sitting room
    4) Kitchen/Dining room
    5) Bathroom
    6) Main Bedroom
    7) en-suite
    9) Attic conversion (never been painted)

Roof for all is stippled bar the new attic which is smooth.

I posted about this about a year ago looking for guesstimates but now am looking to get the job done for sure.

We are away for a week in early June so would be keen to get it done then if anyone is available. In the lucan area of dublin.

Only one problem are that i need to sort is a bad patch on the ceiling in th kitchen where there was a leak years ago. I patched it myself but as you can see in the attached pic its not great so recommendations for this would be appreciated.

    Cheers

Someone would have to call to see the house 1st really to give you a quote. Stippled ceilings would up the price as theres more time and material needed then smooth ceilings. As long as the leak is stopped and ceiling is dry all you need to do is give that patch a coat of stain block.
