    I am unable to open a new thread anonymously in Work Problems, State Benefits or Personal Issues.
    I get the error message:
    Boards.ie Message

    You do not have permission to post anonymously in this forum because the country you're trying to post from has been blocked due to spam.

    Anonymous posting is available from Ireland and UK IP addresses only.

    I am in Dublin, on UPC broadband. Just did a check on my IP and it is showing as being in Ireland. I have no proxy running either. I have tried in both Firefox and IE.

    Howdy,

    I'll have a look at this tomorrow for you. We use the Maxmind GeoIP tool to get a country for an IP address and according to their online tester you're being picked up as an irish IP.

    Hi cee_jay,

    As I suspected the data files for IP to country geolocation on boards were out of date - we had you pinned down as being an Austrian IP. This should no longer be the case. Thanks for the report

    Yeah, not a bad idea to create your own thread - the OP might be subscribed to this thread and will get a mail even though their problem is resolved :)

    I'm hitting this issue despite being based in Dublin... is gelolocation out of date, or is IPv6 to blame?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
