IT31 claim (college fees) - sterling amounts

I paid ~£3000 Sterling for college fees on an approved course/approved institution in the 2011-2012 academic year, which means I can get some fairly paltry amount back from Revenue. I have receipts from the college, in Sterling, but I can't find my credit card statements to show what the Euro amount was.

Do I have to get these somehow from the bank or do Revenue have a standard rate for Sterling conversions?

You use the central banks average conversion rate for the year.
