Hey girls, I'm getting married in Italy in august and would like a bit of a glow so I Don't look washed out in my dress.
I have dark dark hair and dark eyes but extremely pale skin and the last thing I want to do is look orange or too brown.
Can anyone recommend a certain product or salon that does a lighter colour warm bronze spray tan.

also, ill be in Italy for 5 days. What's the best way to avoid the ugly patchy look as it wears off. I've heard the st Tropez mousse is a good in between tan.

    thanks!

I like the medium (one spray) of Californian Tan, or the light spray of vita liberata (the new warm colours). Tan Organic is a nice tan too, as I am super pale but it can look like you have barely any tan on.

I know people rave about heshi and the likes but I am unimpressed, (however I am very pale and can't bare being tan at all much less overly so)

As for tan being patchy, I would just exfoliate and make sure to moisturise. I would also be waxed before my tan so as I wouldn't have to shave with the tan (which makes it look awful on me)

Have to say Tan Organic is a great tan :) so natural, doesn't have a foul smell and it lasts for days - as long as you top it up after daily shower and always moisturise after your shower before you put more on :) no streaks! Ps I am Little Miss Pale so I know your pain :D

If you're having it sprayed or doing it yourself try and do a few practice runs so you know how long it will last, how it will wash off, if it looks patchy, how many coats to get etc.

Have you thought of doing a few sun beds in the lead up to the wedding? I only suggest as tan can rub off onto the dress, especially underarms when it gets a bit hot and sweaty.
Otherwise I find Karora tan very good. It's €15 a bottle and would last you the time away as it just fades off if you keep up the exfoliating.

I'm a paley also and got a Vita Liberata spray tan for the first time ever last year for my wedding (didn't want to be same colour as my dress! :))

I got the middle shade (there are 3)

It looked great - really natural golden glow, would highly recommend it!

Rockstar/white to brown/au courant are all good for pale skins. I personally found Karora very orange as a spray tan. you could also look into getting tan applied by hand in a salon- gives a nicer finish for a bridal tan as spray tan is essentially 3 coats of tan and can be too dark. I wouldn't in a million years say to use sunbeds besides the obvious risks people never look good with a sunbed tan IMO
