I think it was brand new when it was crashed.

For some reason I always thought cars used like that on TG were scrapped after due to the insurance implications for the BBC if someone bought it and had an accident owing to poor repairs after.

I know that's the reason that's been given in the past when people have offered to buy cars they used and mucked about with.

I like the way it says there's no service history. everyone in the world can see part of the history of this car ! I wouldn't buy it!
