Multiple AP

Looking for advice, I need to put in two maybe more AP in the house, is there a way for all the AP's to show up as the one access point(as in name and security details the same across all the AP's) or do each need to have a unique name and then I have to setup up a connection for each AP on my device? Any advice tips…

Old thread I know but you can put in the same details across all AP's.
