    There's nothing wrong with trax per say. The problem lies with cheap bikes in general. It costs a certain amount to build a bike and bring it to the market and if you're asking price is below a certain level then you're going to have to cut corners. This is true for apollo, trax, raleigh or anyone else. It doesn't really matter which of those three you choose as whichever one you pick it's only going to be luck which holds it together.

    Alternatively you could try to find something decent second hand.
