    Irishman dies in Australia crash

    The Department of Foreign Affairs has confirmed an Irishman was killed in a car crash in Australia at the weekend.
    Uinseon McCarron, 24, who was originally from Inis Mór in the Aran Islands, died in a crash in New South Wales on Saturday night.
    The department says it is providing consular assistance to his family.
