Here's my question. So I rang the b&b in question as I had a query only to be told they had no room empty on that date.i have since checked two sites that promote their b&b and they still say there is a vacancy.bottom line what happens if I book the room online then arrive will my booking count or will I be left high and dry what are my rights.
