2008 passat bmr engine low oil pressure

HI Any one know if theres a extented warranty on the 2008 BMR 2 Litre passat diesel engine, with the know low oil pressure problem, or what parts are usually replaced to fix this problem without having to strip the engine, so i can do a approx price on estimate.

Usually when this happens you need a new/recon turbo and a new/recon balance shaft assembly. Generally there is no actual engine damage.

On average on a Passat the total cost comes in somewhere around €1700.
