Just looking for opinions on my quote for insurance which is due for renewal this week.

33yo Male on my own policy since 2005 and named driver since 1997.
    No claims.
    2000 Avensis 1.6L

I have been quoted 560 (which is 590 is paid in installments through AXA).

Anyone in a similar position? I'd be thinking closer to 400 at this stage.

How many years NCB have you? Is it protected or step back only?

And the easiest way to find out is to get a broker to do the work for you.

Only way to answer that question is to go out and get quotes from everyone else and compare them. It sounds on the high side, but there are far too many variables for anyone on here to give a definitive answer.

I'm 24 on a 1.9tdi passat. No claims and 6 years NCB. My insurance was €500.
Yours seems a little expensive alright.

    +1

It's hard to believe some folks still don't shop around for the most competitive insurance price.
