Looking for some sprint segments to give a lash around north Dublin. I know of a couple near the airport and the pavilions which are used on the Swords Cc spins. Gave this one a go today on the Lusj bypass which is a nice run. I'm the lump currently in 4th btw.

I reckon I'm less sh1t at sprinting and short quick burst than other parts if my cycling. So would be good to have some targets to set myself. Thanks.

Leave Lusk bypass alone, if you know what's good for you ...

The reverse of that segment is there also (i.e. southbound) although you'll be going into a headwind.

That one's "protected" as well ;)

Sprint segments should be <30 seconds.

    This is technically on DNS.

This one has the advantage of being on smooth off-road tarmac.

It's too long for a proper sprint, but hurts like hell.

Just twigged I'm second on that one. Must have been blowing a gale because I can't sprint for sh*t.
