Obtaining a refund from DELL

Anyone have any experience in obtaining a refund from Dell. I bought a laptop in February which was faulty from day 1. Two engineers tried to fix it on two separate occasions and now I'm trying to obtain a refund but it is extremely frustrating try to contact customer support.
