RE: Revelations Wii U

So, I had this for the 3DS and it was the most awesome RE games since RE4 for me.
I sold on my copy of RE:R for the 3DS a few months back and will be getting this new version for my WiiU on the 24th of May, can not wait, since the last game I bought for my WiiU was at launch, ZombiU, nothing has tickled my fancy since.


But I am wondering, will this sell well for the WiiU since its coming to all platforms(except the vita). Will people buy it? Will people trade in their 3DS version to pick up the WiiU version?

Demo for the WiiU is out this Thursday(16th May)

Whats everyones thoughts on this, will it help (:o) the WiiU with sales?

PS: RE:R seems to be going a little cheaper on Amazon and Zavvi at the moment....

It's a great game, so I'd be tempted to trade my 3DS one in alright, as I've not played it in a while, and I don't particularly want to get the CPP for the 3DS XL (It's big enough as it is, and I never used the CPP for anything else!)

Yeah the CPP really made that game for me, couldnt play it without it, and not too bothered in getting the CCPXL at all unless something amazing comes out with good use for it. A mate of mine did order the XL one from Amazon to play MH3 and KH:3D, so will see what he has to say about it.

I hear there is a new Enemy in the main campaign and you can play as more characters in Raid Mode (please be Leon and Ada) with new weapons and skill sets etc..

Was in CEX yesterday and there is a hell of a lot of copies of RE:R in there now so I hope people have the same idea as me and trading in to get the new one for the WiiU.

I'll probably get this on Friday week. Will be hanging on to the 3ds one, though.

Will there be any unique gamepad features, do we know? Surely it's ideal for the scanner yokey?

Not too sure yet, but I have heard there is a video online of WiiU gameplay with the gamepad being used.

Anyone get it? Got it in Gamestop Liffey st today. Apparently they only got one WiiU version in, had to ask for it.

Probably not, unless you really enjoyed it (which i did), you insist on getting every resi game on every nintendo console (which i almost do), and you dearly want more games that you love on your WiiU (which is hard, so far). :-)
