Cheque Lodgement

    Hello, i made a cheque lodgement into my account last wednesday the 8th of may but it still hasn't been cleared yet. Does anyone know when it might get cleared? i really needed the money today.

    Hi kush1401, 

    Thanks for contacting us. 

    If it's a Bank of Ireland cheque it should be cleared by close of business today as it takes 3 working days to clear.
    A non Bank of Ireland cheque will take 5 working days so it should cleared by close of business on Wednesday. 

    An international cheque would take longer to clear.
