Haven't used it myself thankfully, but hearing very bad reports about it.
    Better to steer clear.

used Tylan powder to good effect on coughing calves last autumn.

I only learned last season that sometimes after injecting them & or naturally they will have a Silent Heat. So day 3 & 4 after injecting, if they haven't shown, we gently and as clean/disenfected as possible handle them. If you find a small string of clear mucus coming then she is in season for AI.

Please do though speak with yer own experts for advice on this as too timing and veracity as it'll depend greatly on product used and cow health/ condition. Sometimes they need to have a heat just to clear an involution or cyst and you'd only be chucking a straw away or ending up with an amazing calf!!

Used it once and never again- vet gave me a free bottle of prosolvin instead , this product is only 1/4 the strength of estrumate or prosolvin
