Getting to Cork city from Kilkenny without Bus Eireann?

Hi, I was supposed to go down to Cork City during the week, however since Bus Eireann aren't running I'm not sure there's any other option. Well of course there is Irishrail but the return ticked is €63.30 which is a bit too much to be honest.

Are there any other Bus Services running at all, (apart from Kavanagh's, already checked) unlikely but if anyone knows.

    Thanks.

Train Kilkenny to Dublin: €15.99 one way - €32 approx return

Aircoach or GOBE bus to Cork €15/€12 one way - €22/€22 return

A couple of euro for Bus/LUAS between Heuston/Dublin CC

So you're looking at approx total cost €35 for a one way trip, and €55-€60 return.
